1. Introduction

Zuno ("the App") is developed and operated by SOULWARE STUDIO ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data, specifically regarding our AI-powered drawing features.

Our core principle is simple: We process your art to help you improve, but we do not save or store your content on our servers.

2. Data Handling & Processing

To provide advanced features like sketch analysis and reference regeneration, Zuno operates on a "Transient Processing" model.

2.1 Temporary Transmission

When you use AI features, your drawing is securely transmitted to our processing providers. This data is strictly in transit. Once the AI generates the feedback or reference image, your original upload is discarded from the server memory.

No Permanent Storage

We do not store your images, prompts, or generated results in any database or file storage system on our servers. Your art exists only on your local device.

No Account System

We do not require you to create an account. There is no "user profile" on our servers that links your identity to your drawings.

3. Third-Party AI Services

To analyze your strokes and regenerate reference art, we utilize trusted third-party artificial intelligence providers.

AI Processing
We transmit your input data to our AI partners solely for the purpose of image analysis, interpretation of visual context, and generating coaching tips or references.

These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes outside of the requested processing.

4. Data Retention

Since we do not persist user content on our servers, retention is zero.

Local-Only History: Any history of your drawings or AI-generated references is stored locally on your device. If you delete the app, this data is lost forever, as we have no backup.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share data as necessary to provide the App's functionality:

Service Providers: We share image data with our third-party AI providers solely to perform the analysis requested by you.
No Marketing: We do not share your images with advertisers or third-party marketing firms.

6. Children’s Privacy

Zuno is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has used the App, please note that no personal data is stored on our servers to delete.

7. Security

We use standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) when transmitting your images to our AI providers to ensure they cannot be intercepted in transit. Once processing is complete, the data is removed from our processing pipeline.

8. Your Rights

Because we do not store your data, you retain full control locally:

You can delete your history at any time by clearing the App's data or uninstalling the App.
You retain full copyright and ownership of the original art you create.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. If we change our data practices (e.g., if we begin storing data for account features), we will update this policy and notify you within the App.
